Job summary

PeopleStrong in the United States, Illinois, Block seeks a Graduate with 1 year of lending/financial services experience to join our branch team. You will promote products, cross-sell, and drive referrals while handling daily transactions and maintaining records.

You will build relationships with customers to support branch profitability, ensure process adherence, and communicate effectively in English and the local language across teams.

• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
