Job summary

Neuronetics is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to support customers, patients, caregivers, and providers. You will interact across departments to ensure ongoing utilization of NeuroStar TMS therapy, manage capital and consumable needs, and help drive order-to-cash processes.

The role emphasizes professional communication, adherence to policies, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to interface with patients, caregivers and providers professionally.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries promptly with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain call service level KPIs and manage multiple priorities.
• Record all cases accurately for proper follow-through and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and cross-matrix teams to support customer needs.
• Assist with order to cash processes and account management.
