Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Minnesota is seeking a Sr Customer Marketing Manager to connect brand strategy with customer execution and drive growth across key partnerships.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into actionable customer plans, serving as the voice of the customer and helping shape enterprise initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
• Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends.
• Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support.
• Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements.
• Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance.
