The gTech Ads Enablement team sits at the intersection of Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, helping to launch critical products and services across the Google Ads business. Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business, and improve the overall customer experience. Our team partners closely with gTech’s Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Business teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
The gTech Ads Third-Party Integrations (3PI) is a team that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Product Partnerships, supporting priorities that matter most to Google’s Ads products. The 3PI team enables well-oiled product integrations with Third-Party Product Partners to grow Google’s advertising business by increasing the value our products can deliver to our customers.
Partner Solutions Engineers drive significant growth in Google's advertising business by forging strong relationships and applying deep technical expertise to enable seamless product integrations with key third-party partners. You'll be at the forefront of these integrations, from initial implementation and ongoing technical management to optimization and strategic migration. Leveraging your broad technical acumen, you'll work on challenges that directly impact user experiences and shape the future of Google's advertising products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
