Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep-submicron FinFET technologies (16 nm to 2 nm).
• Strong experience with custom layout tools.
• Solid understanding of DRC/LVS checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom layout for analog and mixed-signal blocks.
• Perform block-level layout design and integration in advanced process technologies.
• Execute verification flows to achieve sign-off quality.
