ATP Builders Inc. in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking a High-End Residential Superintendent - Lead Coastal Custom Home & Remodel Construction.

You will own active custom residential projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure luxury builds meet exact design standards while advocating for clients. You will drive project quality, lead field operations, and act as the primary site leader in a collaborative environment where input shapes company operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven track record of managing multiple active construction projects concurrently.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience negotiating contracts, leveling bids, and managing subcontractor buyouts.
• Familiarity with California residential building codes and field execution standards.
• Excellent communication and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall field operations and subcontractor procurement across multiple active projects.
• Champion client needs on-site to ensure builds meet design standards and specs.
• Direct master project schedules and manage subcontractor buyouts to streamline delivery timelines.
• Negotiate trade contracts and establish precise scopes of work using internal templates.
• Oversee site inspections with AHJs and ensure compliance with California codes.
• Enforce site safety protocols across all active jobsites.
