Lakeshore Learning Materials in Carson, CA is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Specialist to own the full journey of custom educational products from concept to finished item. You will collaborate with customers, internal creative teams, and vendors to bring each vision to reality.

You’ll manage multiple projects, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality. A strong communicator with a background in physical goods is ideal, and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product development or management for physical goods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience working with vendors, including quoting and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills for customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of custom educational products from concept to production.
• Own vendor relationships: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, coordinating with procurement.
• Manage overlapping projects, monitor timelines, flag risks early.
• Review artwork, prototypes, production samples for conformance with specs.
• Present projects in customer meetings and translate details into recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and sales.
