Job summary

The Boeing Company in Chantilly, VA is hiring a Senior Level Custodian/Janitor for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift to support a government facility. Roles include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.

to 10:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday–Friday, with shift variations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of custodian experience, ability to stand/walk, lift up to 35 pounds, and comply with COI and drug-free workplace policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a custodian or janitor.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, offices, kitchens and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust, mop floors, and empty trash.
• Maintain safety practices and proper storage of supplies.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and report issues.
• Schedule coverage and coordinate with team as needed.
