Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains the general appearance of the headquarters building, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, waxing and burnishing floors.
• Dusts, disinfects, washes and cleans walls, offices, restrooms, kitchens and meeting spaces.
• Operates mechanical, electrical and battery operated cleaning equipment.
• Purchases supplies and delivers items as required.
• Cleans headquarters and headhouse restrooms; handles daily trash collection; mail pickup and transport.
• Secures building daily; performs window cleaning; sweeps sidewalks and entrances.
• Performs painting; maintains janitorial supply inventory; arranges rooms for meetings.
• Changes light bulbs and air filters; performs other assigned duties.

This is an hourly paid position.**Sponsorship****:** This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
