SodexoMagic is seeking a Senior Manager, Culinary Planning for the Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This role leads culinary program management across multiple high-volume lounges and teams, delivering strategic processes and scalable kitchen operations.

You will manage people, set direction, optimize resources, and drive performance improvements while aligning with company standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary field.
• 5 years of management experience in culinary operations.
• 3 years related experience in culinary planning or operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to structure, create consistency, and elevate culinary operations across multiple lounges.
• Drive strategic processes to improve kitchen performance, communication, and adherence to standards.
• Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources; influence and negotiate across the organization.
• Train teams and shape leadership behaviors to sustain improvements and ensure procurement compliance and operational consistency.
