Levy is seeking a Senior Executive - Culinary Innovations to lead forward-thinking culinary strategies at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. You will shape menus, drive innovative concepts, and partner with operations, purchasing, and finance to deliver scalable, financially successful programs.

You will identify emerging trends, test new ideas, and translate insights into profitable offerings that elevate guest experiences and Levy’s culinary reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, or sports and entertainment environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of innovative food and beverage concepts and guest experiences.
• Identifies emerging culinary, beverage, wellness, and sustainability trends.
• Designs, tests, costs, and standardizes new menu offerings across service channels, focusing on premium operations.
• Develops seasonal, promotional, signature, and limited-time menu offerings.
• Optimizes menus using guest feedback, market trends, sales data, and margins.
• Creates visually compelling dishes and culinary experiences that reinforce brand storytelling.
• Incorporates local flavors, chef collaborations, and regional influences into programming.
• Partners with culinary and operations teams to launch scalable, feasible programs.
• Develops training materials and guidelines for consistent execution.
• Analyzes food costs, sales, and profitability to identify improvements.
• Builds relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and culinary innovators.
• Evaluates new ingredients, products, equipment, and culinary technologies.
• Leads vendor tastings and innovation showcases.
