Xylem seeks a senior, hands‑on Operations Director to lead site operations for a complex CTO/ETO manufacturing facility in the United States. This role requires a proven leader who can deploy Lean practices, drive safety, quality, and cost improvements, and manage a high‑mix, low‑volume operation.

The Operations Director owns operational performance, strategy deployment, and works directly with floor teams to convert improvements into sustainable results.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading Lean transformations at site level.
• Experience in CTO/ETO or high‑mix, low‑volume environments.

Aufgaben

• Own end‑to‑end site operations including manufacturing, quality, materials, and logistics.
• Lead daily execution while shaping long‑term operational strategy.
• Drive transformation through standard work, visual management, and disciplined PM.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management to balance cost and delivery.
• Develop people, culture, and succession planning.
