Job summary

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking a Sr CTE Programmer Analyst to provide technical support and develop the CTE Gateway application, Azure-based services, and data reports. You will translate complex technical information for end users and collaborate with IT teams and developers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least two years of software or database development experience, including Azure, C#, React, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related field. A combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of two years of software or database development experience, including Microsoft Azure services such as WebJobs, Cloud Architecture, Functions, Data Factory pipelines, storage, and B2C authentication.
• Experience with programming languages including C# and React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support structure and content of the CTE web application (C#, React, JavaScript, TypeScript), database, and reports (SQL).
• Construct complex SQL queries to access and manipulate data and maintain stored procedures, web jobs and functions.
• Troubleshoot issues, apply project management skills on development projects.
• Conduct code reviews for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Develop and perform unit testing and contribute to test plans.
• Participate in work tickets related to fixes, enhancements, and testing.
• Ensure web accessibility per Section 508 and WCAG standards.
