Job summary

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in East Baltimore is seeking a Senior CT (CAT Scan) Technologist to join our Radiology team. You will perform CT procedures and participate in QA, stock rooms, and mentor students and newer technicians.

The role offers career growth with mentorship, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 403B retirement support. Shift is full-time with 4–10 hour shifts and weekend rotation for patient access.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree; one year of relevant professional work may substitute for one year of required education.
• Completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
• ARRT Certification with current registration
• Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist license by the Maryland Board of Physicians with special license to operate standalone/hybrid CT devices for Diagnostic CT
• Current registration for ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certified and ARRT Computed Tomography CT certification
• Valid CPR certification within one (1) month of hire
• Two (2) years full-time CT imaging experience

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly Quality Assurance
• Stock exam rooms with PAR level supplies
• Assist in training and teaching students and new techs
• Display a proactive approach to improving and enhancing operations
