Job summary

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a Senior CT (CAT Scan) Technologist to join the radiology team in Baltimore. You will perform CT procedures, participate in QA, stock exam rooms, and help train students and new techs.

The position is full-time (40 hours) with 4 x 10-hour shifts and rotating weekend days. The comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for CT imaging role.
• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
• ARRT Certification with current registration.
• Maryland Board of Physicians licensure.
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist license with CT capability and ARRT CT certification.
• CPR certification within one month of hire.
• Two years full-time CT imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with high quality and accuracy.
• Conduct daily and monthly QA activities for CT exams.
• Stock exam rooms with PAR level supplies.
• Assist in training students and new CT staff.
• Proactively improve operations and patient care in radiology.

Education

Associates Degree

AMA approved Radiologic Technology program

ARRT Certification (current)

Maryland Radiologic Licensure

Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (Maryland) with CT license

CPR certification (within 1 month)

2 years CT imaging experience
