Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15 years of engineering experience or 20 years in high-tech construction / semiconductor facilities.
• Experience leading CSU for large-scale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSU execution strategy including sequencing and readiness plans.
• Define CSU scope and integration with project execution plan.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, engineering, operations and client teams for turnover.
• Lead system commissioning, start-up, testing, and operational readiness.
• Ensure documentation, punch-lists, and turnover packages are complete.
• Drive readiness milestones, turnover gates and system completion requirements.
