Job summary

TekWissen Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a CSU Manager for a 12-month, on-site assignment to lead commissioning and start-up for a semiconductor fabrication facility. You will plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities and system turnover to operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 15–20 years of high-tech construction or commissioning experience, deep fab systems knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years in engineering or 20 years of experience in high-tech construction, cleanroom environments, or mission-critical facility commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning execution strategy, sequences, and system turnover plans.
• Define and integrate commissioning scope within overall project execution and schedule.
• Establish phased cleanroom readiness strategies to support progressive tool installation.
• Scheduling & Integration: Align construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Collaborate with project scheduling to ensure alignment between construction and start-up.
