Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, to partner with HLS customers on Signature Success. You will guide executive stakeholders, align internal teams, and manage escalation during critical events to maximize value from Salesforce investments.

You’ll work in a flexible office setting (3 days in the office) and collaborate with global teams to drive meaningful outcomes for large-scale enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and SaaS platforms.
• Management consulting experience (4+ years).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Maintain relationships with IT and business executives and sponsors.
• Communicate value of Signature to all collaborators and ensure renewal of services.
• Advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high severity cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a unified Signature experience.
