Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of ~70+ mid-market AEC accounts, driving health, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. You will work with Sales, Solutions, Services, Product Support and Product Management to align our reality capture platform with customer outcomes.

You will report to the Manager, Customer Success from Austin, TX, with ~15–20% travel and collaboration hours across the U.S. Central/Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B Customer Success or similar SaaS role.
• Proven track record in managing and growing a defined book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of ~70+ mid-market AEC customers focusing on health, adoption, retention and growth.
• Lead onboarding and lifecycle motions to establish core workflows and rapid value realization.
• Coordinate renewals and expansions with Sales to drive revenue.
