UKG seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive administration, optimization, and architecture of CS platforms like Gainsight and Staircase AI. You will bridge technical execution with business strategy, partnering with CS leadership to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.

You will guide data, automation, and AI insights to improve product adoption, reduce churn, and deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning with enterprise IT and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Gainsight or a comparable CS platform.
• Experience with Staircase AI or other AI-driven CS platforms and automation tools.
• Experience managing SaaS business applications, configurations, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to CS leadership, recommending system enhancements and process improvements.
• Track ROI of system implementations and ensure Gainsight/Staircase AI impact CS metrics (NRR, GRR, health, adoption).
• Design and implement future-state AI agents and automated workflows for customer engagement at scale.
• Oversee Gainsight and Staircase AI administration, user management, configuration, and optimization.
• Manage complex data integrations, API connections, and automation rules across CRM, product databases, and CS platforms.
• Lead end-to-end system projects with Agile methods, managing timelines and scope.
