Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Senior Cryptologic Analyst to provide specialized technical, analytical, and instructional support to develop doctrine, TTPs, and deliver advanced tactical training across Navy Information Warfare mission areas. Qualifications

• 12+ years in a Fleet/Navy cryptology role.
• Experience producing finished cryptology products (assessments, reports, briefings).
• Knowledge of Navy IW doctrine, strategy, and policy applicable to Fleet missions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical content and translate into sequenced tasks.
• Ability to evaluate performance objectively and identify remediation requirements.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills with technical, operational, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, validation, standardization, and revision of no more than 5 CONOPS/doctrine/TTP per year.
• Ensure Information Warfare doctrine/TTP alignment with joint/naval strategies and doctrine.
• Provide analyses for advanced IW training events across Fleet phases and planning.
• Assess training effectiveness and readiness; propose improvements to systems, training and processes.
• Identify/update training metrics for IW readiness assessments.
• Review training to ensure policy/doctrine synchronization.
• Provide advanced IW training at individual, unit, and joint levels across fleets.
• Support real-time LVC training for the Fleet and synchronization with doctrine/TTPs.
• Provide expert training support to the Fleet as directed.
• Prepare briefings, white papers and other required documents.
