Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Senior Software Engineer with cryptography and digital asset security to design secure backend systems supporting custody and wallet infrastructure. You will implement MPC protocols, manage cryptographic keys, and integrate blockchain nodes for cross-network transactions.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in backend secure development, strong Rust/Go/C/C++, and experience with OpenSSL or MPC frameworks, SGX, and HSMs in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software engineering experience in backend and secure systems development.
• Strong programming in Rust (preferred), Go, or C/C++.
• Hands-on cryptographic libraries such as OpenSSL or MPC-based frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure backend systems supporting digital asset custody and crypto wallet infrastructure.
• Implement advanced cryptographic protocols, including MPC frameworks and secure key management solutions.
• Integrate blockchain nodes and APIs to construct, sign, and broadcast transactions across networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana).
• Build and optimize systems leveraging trusted execution environments such as Intel SGX and secure enclaves.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system security, scalability, and resilience in highly sensitive environments.
