Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated professional experience in cryptographic systems engineering, with deep specialization in General Dynamics crypto devices.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with the full suite of General Dynamics crypto devices (E-100, FLEX, Micro, Nano, TL-10G, TL-1G).
• Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting cryptographic systems in government/operational environments.
• Hands-on experience operating GEM Crypto Manager software.
• Ability to train and provide technical guidance to engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical authority for the design, implementation, operation, and sustainment of complex cryptographic systems.
• Troubleshoot advanced crypto hardware and software issues across diverse environments.
• Develop training documentation and deliver technical guidance to engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
