_n_Logic in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Crypto Security Engineer to lead space/ground cryptographic systems, guide design trades, and mentor engineers. You will own encryption units, ensure mission-aligned interfaces, and oversee testing activities, while collaborating with government and industry partners.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in systems engineering with crypto and 10+ years in NSA crypto/security processes. On-site role with US citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 15+ years in systems engineering with crypto/secure systems experience.
• 10+ years in crypto, NSA cert processes, and Key Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for space and ground cryptographic systems.
• Lead cryptographic unit trade studies and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee design, interfaces, hardware/firmware encryption units, and testing.
• Mentor engineers and manage crypto lifecycle within programs.
