Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with hardware security modules (HSMs) and secure infrastructure.
• Experience designing high-availability, disaster recovery, and business-continuity architectures.
• Proficient Linux/Unix troubleshooting and cryptographic/key management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and documentation of HSM and cryptographic infrastructure.
• Design and implement HSM solutions across Thales and FutureX platforms.
• Develop architectural diagrams, runbooks, and system documentation.
• Collaborate to define infrastructure standards and security controls.
• Guide cryptographic key management, confidential computing, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to strengthen security testing and traceability.
