Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to SOPs, Batch Records, MDs and OPMs.
• Execute all procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid product production.
• Perform COP/CIP cleaning of complex equipment and components.
• Conduct scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.
• Support changeover activities and troubleshoot process issues.
• Initiate work orders and review manufacturing documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate sample preparation and testing; record data in Batch Records and log books.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices and report deviations to management.
