MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams on a contract basis. The role requires translating business needs into plans, managing cross-functional workflows, and delivering data readiness and governance before deployment.

You will provide updates to directors and executive leadership and support UAT, cutover planning, and change management.

Formación

• 7 years of project or program management in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from initiation to rollout with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions across business and technical groups.
• Translate requirements into plans, timelines, scope, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams.
• Prepare structured updates and executive summaries for stakeholders.
