AgriSompo North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Crop Insurance Adjuster to support MPCI, Private Products, and Named Peril claims. The position is based remotely in Texas with a preference for Amarillo or the Texas Panhandle region.
You will collaborate across teams to assess damages and ensure accurate indemnities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of crop insurance claims experience, CAPP certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Location: This position will be based remotely in Texas, with preference for candidates located in Amarillo or the greater Texas Panhandle region.

The work environment described is intended to represent the typical conditions an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role. The physical environment requires work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, and dryness. Use of personal protective equipment is frequently required. This role also involves up to 50% travel, primarily within a two-hour driving distance from the assigned home office. Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary for trainings and meetings.
Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
