Job summary

The Health Institute is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, CRO & Digital Experience to own and accelerate our digital conversion engine. You will oversee CRO across our Shopify ecosystem—from landing pages to checkout—and partner with paid media to improve CAC/CPA efficiency.

You will identify problems, formulate strong hypotheses, execute quickly, and measure outcomes to drive conversion, revenue, and customer experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in CRO/eCommerce/digital optimization or related fields.
• Hands-on CRO ownership across digital journeys in a high-growth business.
• Experience with paid media investments and post-click optimization.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into action and business impact.
• Strong project management and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across digital journeys.
• Optimize landing/product pages, funnels, checkout, and offers.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Growth teams to improve CAC/CPA.
• Analyze behavior via analytics, heatmaps, sessions, and funnels.
• Own experiments from hypothesis to implementation and measurement.
