Qualificações

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) National Certification
• Experience in nurse anesthesia leadership or supervisory roles
• ACLS and BLS certification at hire
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) at hire

Responsabilidades

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
• Mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement.
• Implements, adapts, and stays up to date with organizational change, challenges, feedback, best practices and processes.
• Provides and supervises safe and effective anesthesia care across all phases of care.
