About The Job

Reporting to the CSO, the Senior Strategist will support the strategic direction for a well-known automotive brand. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and market insight. Collaborating with creative, account, and data teams, the strategist will ensure strategies are culturally relevant and aligned with consumer behavior. The goal is to craft strategies that drive innovation, differentiate the brand, and resonate across all touchpoints, from digital to experiential campaigns.

What You'll Do
  1. Owner Strategy: Lead the development of owner strategies to build loyalty and retention among automotive brand owners.
  2. Customer Journey Mapping: Partner with analytics teams to map consumer journeys and identify key touchpoints for meaningful engagement.
  3. CRM and 1:1: Develop and optimize membership reward programs and incentives, packaging owner benefits via direct marketing.
  4. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze data, research trends, and extract insights to inform strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
  5. Client Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with clients, translating business objectives into actionable strategies.
  6. Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends, contributing to the agency's strategic vision.
  7. Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and iterate strategies for measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
  1. 3-5+ years of experience in owner, loyalty, and retention program development (agency or client-side).
  2. Experience with automotive, luxury, or premium brands is highly desirable.
  3. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems.
  4. Ability to transform data and insights into compelling brand narratives.
  5. Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  6. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.
  7. Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaigns.

The salary range is $60,000—$140,000 USD, with individual compensation based on various factors. The company offers a competitive benefits package.
