Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Senior CRM Marketing Operations Analyst to serve as the functional owner and power user for Marketing's use of HubSpot. This remote role combines CRM operations, marketing analytics, and email and SMS execution to support business-to-business (B2B), patient-focused business-to-consumer (B2C), and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

The analyst owns Marketing-facing HubSpot processes, workflows, audiences, dashboards, campaign operations, and user enablement while partnering with Brand Leads, copywriters, Creative, Sales, IT, and other business teams. The role collaborates with the Senior CRM Sales Operations Analyst on shared customer and account data, lifecycle definitions, lead handoffs, integrations, and cross-functional reporting. The role also connects sales outcomes with customer insights while providing analysis, segmentation, and measurement support to campaign and lifecycle strategy owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the functional owner, senior power user, and subject matter expert for Marketing's use of HubSpot, including marketing processes, properties, lists, workflows, reports, dashboards, documentation, and usage standards.
  • Analyze CRM, campaign, customer, and marketing-engagement data across B2B, patient-focused B2C, and DTC channels to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain Marketing-facing HubSpot reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for Brand, Marketing, Customer Service, and leadership stakeholders; collaborate with the Sales CRM counterpart on shared funnel and revenue reporting.
  • Coordinate with Brand Leads to define and maintain the strategic email and SMS content calendar, campaign schedule, automated flows, and related operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with Brand Leads, copywriters, and Creative partners to move email and SMS content through development and ensure required copy, creative assets, audience criteria, and campaign details are ready for execution.
  • Build, schedule, quality-check, and execute email and SMS campaigns and automated flows in HubSpot and connected tools, ensuring accurate audiences, links, timing, and tracking.
  • Measure email and SMS performance, audience engagement, lead quality, conversion activity, and customer lifecycle outcomes and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and refine customer segments, targeting logic, campaign lists, suppression criteria, and audience-performance analysis in partnership with Brand Leads and other marketing stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Marketing-owned CRM data, including audience, consent, campaign, engagement, and marketing-touchpoint information; coordinate changes to shared contact and company data with the Sales CRM counterpart.
  • Own Marketing's business requirements and operational support for HubSpot integrations with marketing automation, business intelligence, and other connected systems; coordinate shared integrations and data flows with the Sales CRM counterpart, IT, Data, and system owners.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Marketing-facing CRM data discrepancies, workflow issues, integration errors, and reporting inconsistencies; partner with the Sales CRM counterpart and technical owners when issues affect shared data or processes.
  • Establish and improve governance for Marketing-owned HubSpot processes, including audience and consent standards, naming conventions, campaign tracking, workflow documentation, and marketing data quality; jointly maintain shared lifecycle and handoff definitions with Sales.
  • Provide HubSpot guidance, training, and documentation for Marketing users that promote adoption, consistent campaign practices, data discipline, and reliable decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to support departmental initiatives, projects, and evolving business priorities as needed.
Competency
  • HubSpot Expertise: Applies advanced platform knowledge to reporting, segmentation, workflows, email and SMS execution, data quality, integrations, and user enablement.
  • Analytical Thinking: Interprets campaign, customer, CRM, and sales data and translates findings into practical recommendations.
  • Marketing Operations Acumen: Understands email and SMS calendars, content workflows, campaign execution, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and performance measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Keeps Brand Leads, copywriters, Creative partners, and technical stakeholders aligned on requirements, timing, dependencies, and execution readiness.

  • Process Orientation: Creates repeatable practices, clear documentation, and consistent standards for CRM analytics and operations.
  • Adaptability: Adjusts effectively to changing business priorities, evolving systems, and fast-moving marketing needs.
