This full-time role involves leading compliance efforts in cultural resource management, including surveys and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Anthropology or related field, along with CRM field experience. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM field experience in California (Required)
• Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA; Preferred, not required).
• Experience leading small field teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Experience conducting survey, construction monitoring, excavation, and artifact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member on major utilities compliance contracts.
• Conduct pedestrian surveys, test excavations, data recovery, and construction monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local cultural resource regulations.

Knowledge of California/Great Basin archaeology
