Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CRM field experience in California required.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) preferred.
• Experience in utility sector projects preferred.
• Experience leading small field teams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member on major utilities compliance contracts.
• Support pedestrian surveys, test excavations, data recovery, and construction monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local cultural resource regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, agency representatives, tribal monitors, and construction crews.
