Kindred Hospital Las Vegas - Sahara is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality care for critically ill patients in a 52-bed LTAC setting. You will lead patient assessments, care planning, and coordination with physicians, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include documentation, medication administration, and emergency response using ACLS/BCLS guidelines. Requires RN license and at least 1 year of critical care experience; English proficiency and reliability are

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• RN license required; BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of critical care experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in basic computer documentation.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the standard of nursing care and follows hospital policies.
• Assess patient on admission and develop a care plan with the team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient data in the EMR.
• Deliver safe care and respond to emergencies per ACLS protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists and family for discharge planning.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing care provided to patients.
