The ideal candidate has a J.D., is licensed to practice in Arizona, 3+ years of criminal defense experience, strong written and spoken English, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced courtroom setting.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of criminal defense experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in felony and misdemeanor cases.
• Develop and execute defense strategies from arraignment to trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Appear in court and negotiate on behalf of clients.
