Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Minnesota license in good standing.
• 5+ years of hands-on criminal defense or related litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, persuasive writing, and negotiation skills.
• Courtroom confidence and sound judgment under pressure.
• Team-first, collaborative, accountable mindset with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own criminal defense matters end-to-end—drive strategy and protect client rights.
• Engineer evidence-driven defense through deep legal research and investigation.
• Lead client relationships with authoritative, strategic counsel.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and pleadings to win.
• Negotiate from strength to secure favorable resolutions.
• Command the courtroom with focused, precise arguments.
