We Are Legal Revolution in Texas is seeking a senior bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney for a partner-track opportunity. Focus on sophisticated creditor-side matters, including bankruptcy litigation, litigation trusts, and special counsel engagements.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar admission required.
• 15+ years of bankruptcy/creditors’ rights experience in Texas.
• Experience with creditor representation and bankruptcy litigation.
• Experience with litigation trusts and special counsel-style engagements.
• Must be able to originate business and generate approximately $750,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings.
• Manage bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings.
• Handle motion practice and courtroom advocacy.
• Advise creditors on strategy, risk, and resolutions throughout matters.
• Support litigation trust-related work and related claims administration as needed.
• Develop business through relationship management and practice development.
