Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a commercial bankruptcy and business restructuring attorney in Texas to build and grow a platform-backed practice. The role runs matters end-to-end, with advisory and disputes work for creditors and enterprise insolvency.

The position can be structured for a senior associate or lateral attorney, with potential for contract or income partnership based on experience and portable business. Hybrid in-office expectation of 3 days per week in Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practice in commercial bankruptcy and business restructuring.
• Active Texas bar admission.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience representing business clients, not consumer bankruptcy.
• Ability to manage matters independently.
• Stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Advise business clients on commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency strategy.
• Represent creditors and business interests in bankruptcy proceedings and related disputes.
• Lead or support Chapter 11 matters and restructuring engagements.
• Independently manage matters from inception through resolution, including motion practice.
• Build and expand client relationships and referral networks in the Texas market.
