Responsibilities

• Evaluates credit worthiness and provides analysis and decisioning on credit facilities.
• Partners with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk to assess and deliver credit solutions.
• Monitors operating performance and financial condition, identifying issues and opportunities.
• Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analysis for loan decisions.
• Ensures adherence to credit policies, guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluates new credit opportunities, identifying risks and mitigating factors.
• Consults with client-facing teammates to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Underwrites new transactions, analyzes risk, negotiates and closes deals.
