Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Lead Senior Credit Analyst to join the Credit Risk Team. This role focuses on evaluating complex merchant relationships and transactions to balance opportunity with risk and to influence portfolio quality and business growth.

You will act as a trusted risk expert, guiding strategy and mentoring colleagues in risk-based decision making. You will shape risk outcomes, enhance risk frameworks, and help ensure secure, innovative payment solutions for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or related field with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Significant experience in credit analysis, risk assessment or financial underwriting evaluating complex merchant relationships.
• Ability to make independent, data-driven decisions balancing risk management objectives with business growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for explaining complex credit recommendations and negotiating risk-based terms.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality outcomes on complex, high-impact decisions.
