Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior data-driven Credit Risk reporting professional to transform wholesale credit risk analytics.

You will partner with Credit Strategy, portfolio risk managers, and subject matter experts to deliver insights that support risk decisions. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, leading reporting transformation, and delivering scalable dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of credit risk management concepts in wholesale lending.
• Experience building complex analytical dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive reporting transformation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across risk, strategy, technology, and data management teams.
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and improve reporting and data processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and productionalize credit risk reporting and analytics for wholesale portfolios.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable dashboards, datasets, and reports.
• Collaborate with risk, strategy, technology, and data management teams to improve data quality.
• Develop executive-level reporting and insights to inform risk management decisions.
