FNBO is seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as a technical contributor in credit risk management. You will lead CECL and stress test forecasting across CRE, C&I, agriculture, retail, and small business lending, translating model outputs into actionable insights for senior management.

You will prepare monitoring dashboards, document model inputs, and collaborate with validators and auditors, while exploring AI/ML techniques to strengthen the forecasting toolkit and automate reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in credit risk forecasting or related analytics.

Aufgaben

• Prepare CECL and stress test forecasts for CRE, C&I, agriculture, retail, and small business lending.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on forecast changes and variances with macroeconomic inputs.
• Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards for risk committees and leadership.
• Document model inputs, assumptions, and narratives per model risk policy.
• Collaborate with validators and auditors and support validation and stress testing requests.
• Explore and pilot new statistical methodologies including AI/ML for forecasting.
