Job summary

Commercial Banking Company is seeking a highly experienced credit professional to oversee the loan portfolio and ensure risk controls are robust. You will review financial statements, credit reports, appraisals, and tax returns to support sound lending decisions.

Responsibilities include leading the loan committee, maintaining lending policies, and communicating performance to executives. A minimum of 10+ years in commercial credit is preferred, with strong analytical and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field (Accounting or Finance).
• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or lending.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day loan portfolio administration and controls.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Lead loan committee activities and training on risk ratings.
• Review real estate appraisals for compliance and reasonableness.
• Analyze new loan requests and existing relationships for credit decisions.
