Intuit Inc. seeks a Strategic Leader to manage and develop a team of Credit Risk Analysts, focusing on consumer lending initiatives. Now, we are expanding our focus to Consumer Lending within the Consumer Group, including TurboTax, and require a strategic leader to manage and develop a team of Credit Risk Analysts. This role will be crucial in supporting our consumer lending initiatives, while navigating the complexities of Fintech Risk, alongside our core tax preparation business. ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve developing credit risk policies for our innovative consumer lending products, with a focus on eligibility, underwriting and account monitoring for new money movement products and features. You will create end-to-end risk policies and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage credit risk aspects of business initiatives. Expertise in credit risk, financial analytics, and innovative risk strategies is required to enable Intuit's growth, expansion, profitability, and trust-enabled consumer experiences.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $144,000 - $195,000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
