Uline is seeking a Credit Analyst in Illinois to prepare detailed analyses of customers’ financial statements and activity within the AR portfolio, supporting credit decisions.

You will assess risk using industry trends and credit reports, and help set credit limits based on data, results, and payment history for portfolio accounts. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with customers, and collaboration with sales and collections teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios and concepts.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, collections or a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed written analyses of customers’ financial statements and account activity within Uline’s AR portfolio.
• Assess financial risk by evaluating industry trends and credit reports for Uline portfolio accounts.
• Set and adjust credit limits based on customer requests, credit reports, financial results, research and payment experience.
• Evaluate customer orders while supporting credit reviews and answering calls as needed.
