Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, finance or accounting preferred.
• 2+ years in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review high volumes of customer orders to determine credit limits.
• Provide customer service via phone and email related to credit decisions.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent orders and act accordingly.
