LHH is recruiting for a leading global investment platform as an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join a growing portfolio management team supporting institutional and insurance-focused investment strategies. Qualifications

1+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, credit, asset management, corporate finance, banking, insurance asset management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Partner with investment professionals and senior leadership on high-visibility portfolio initiatives.
Create and maintain investor-facing portfolio analytics, capital deployment reporting, and pipeline tracking materials.
Support strategic capital allocation decisions across institutional client portfolios.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving investment teams, portfolio management, and client stakeholders.
Assist in developing portfolio monitoring, reporting, and analytics tools that drive investment decision-making.
Contribute to the creation of innovative investment solutions for large institutional and insurance investors.
Prepare materials and communications related to upcoming investment transactions and portfolio activity.
