Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in financial and/or credit analysis
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting and investments
• Knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations
• Analytical and communication skills
• Personal-computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage credit product risk and profitability, monitoring loan performance against guidelines
• Support Relationship Managers through financial/credit analysis and underwriting
• Research and analyze financial statements and investments, evaluating liquidity, collateral support and creditworthiness
• Prepare and present written credit memoranda for credit approval
• Coordinate legal documentation preparation and execution with banking advisors
• Collect client information, complete financial-statement spreadsheets and prepare projections
• Implement pricing and covenants and monitor covenant compliance
• Travel to client locations and participate in virtual meetings
• Train and mentor rotational development-program partners
