Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in quantitative behavioral modeling or 10+ combined education/work experience.
• 6+ years using SAS, Python, Stata or R for modeling and analysis.
• 6+ years with SQL Server Management Studio and data management environments.
• Experience handling large data sets and communicating results clearly with charts/graphs.
• Experience with hybrid databases on premise and in the cloud.
• Strong ability to explain results and impact to management and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate complex econometric, statistical and ML models.
• Mentor less experienced data scientists on best practices and data quality.
• Lead champion/challenger model development and self-healing frameworks.
• Commit code to model repositories and review peers’ code.
• Translate model outputs into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with data clients and lead new research approaches.
